Some say that the best strategy for breeding horses is to acquire the best mares that you can afford. We tell you here and now that we can not afford any of the mares that now grace our pastures. The genetic heritage they each carry is priceless and becoming increasingly rare. The devotion of breeders that came before us can not be measured. These mares are here by the grace, generosity and the great kindness of friends who believe, as we do, that carrying this heritage into the future is important work. 

In the beginning, the Bedouin tribes bred for usefulness above all else. The horse was a trusted partner whose fitness determined the very survival of the family.  We see in our mares the ability to carry on this history, to prove that utility, kindness and heartstopping beauty can exist together in one creature.
